A tutorial on how to navigate through ESS as an administrator to delete a user ID/Login. The purpose for doing so could be that unlocking an account isn’t working for an employee to reset their password (this would be a workaround), or if an employee is terminated, or no longer with the company and you want to free up your ESS User License.
When accessing the \”ABOUT HRMS\” area regarding information on license and installation, there is an item called ‘License Limit Alert’.
This alert will warn users as they approach the \”Max employee count limit\” so they have a chance to order more before they hit the limit.
The Administrator can set this to whatever number makes sense for their company. This will allow the company to plan ahead and order additional licenses if they are needed.
